Honey-Pomegranate Vinaigrette

Healthy Fat Salad Dressing

Pomegranate is a rich source of vitamin C, antioxidants, Fiber and anti-inflammatory properties

As with most salad dressings, watch your portion size when serving this fruity vinaigrette. The oil makes it rather high-calorie (although it’s healthy fat), and a serving is about 2 tablespoons.

  • 1/4 C pomegranate juice
  • 2 T balsamic vinegar
